ISO: Mexican Meatball Soup (Albondigas)

I am looking for a Mexican Meatball Recipe I had in a Pillsbury Classic Cookbook (Hearty Soups and Breads) many years ago. Somehow during several moves I have lost the cookbook and would love to make the soup again. It is one of the best meatball soup (Albondigas) recipes I have eaten.
