ISO: Miller and Paine Crumb Cookies

I hope Steve in Salem, Oregon finds this request.

What proportion of day old cinnamon rolls were used in the recipe? I never had the roll but loved the cookies. Were the rolls frosted? I remember the cookies looking a little lumpy. Are the cake crumbs or rolls to be fine or somewhat chunky?

Thanks to anyone that can help me.
