ISO: My Great Recipes Card Sausage Quiche

I'm hoping the folks here can help me.
I'm looking for the 1984 My Great Recipe Cards Sausage Quiche recipe.

It was one of the first recipes I learned to make and I lost the original card in college years ago! I've been making do with another recipe but I haven't found anything that tastes like the original.
Please help!
