ISO: Mystery Cookie or brownie in a jar

We received a qt.gift jar of ingredients w/o the gift tag directions. I don't know where they came from so can't ask. Hate to throw it out and was going to just chance a mix and bake when I found this site. The jar appears to contain (I'll list order bottom to top): 1" cocoa, m&m's, raisins, peanuts, 2" brown sugar, & 2.5"-3" flour. Does anyone have the foggiest idea what I have? My 3 YO grandson would just love to whip up a batch of cookies or brownies. I just don't have a clue as to how many eggs or how much butter to add.
