ISO: Need a recipe for a dessert that travels well

We are traveling out of state for this holiday weekend and I just found out that my contribution to a potluck meal on Saturday is a dessert. It will be a large group (probably 20+) and it has to be able to survive a 3 or 4 hour car ride. I'm not even sure if I will have access to a cooler (we're riding with someone else)so I guess I shouldn't count on that. I know that some of the best cooks I've ever known visit this website. Do you have a favorite "has to be able to travel without refrigeration" dessert? Thanks.
