ISO: Need help using cucumbers and zucchini.

Hi friends;
Hubby is bringing in cucumbers and zucchini fast and furious.
Does anyone have any unique recipes for using either of these prolific vegetables.
We've done zucchini cake and bread, stuffed zucchini, pickles, cukes and onions. Looking for something different. All suggestions welcomed and appreciated.
