ISO: Need Pyrex Bread Cylinder recipe(s)

Nancy, I just read your comments about the Pyrex Bread Cylinder. I just used mine last night for the first time in probably 5 years, and used a regular French Bread recipe (from my Joy of Cooking book). Basically it was a disaster! I moved about 3 years ago and cannot find the original recipe book that came with the cylinder. Would you be so kind as to send me the recipe(s) that were included? Thanks.
