ISO: directions for pyrex bread cylinder

I have recently unearthed a pyrex glass bread baking cylinder. Alas, no instructions. I remember using frozen bread dough and covering the buttered interior of the cylinder with corn meal. However, no clue as to baking temp or time. Can anyone help?
