ISO: NON-TRADITIONAL FRUIT CAKE

Misc.

I want to make a fruit cake to take to my in-laws for Christmas. Here's my problem. My husband hates the cherries, my sister-in-law hates raisins and my mother-in-law hates the candied peel. I'm hoping to start a new tradition with a fruit cake that everyone will like. Can you help?
