ISO: NOT Creamy Mac and cheese recipe
Misc.I'm looking for the kind of mac and cheese where you still have chunks of tangy cheese throughout the casserole as well as crunchy pieces on the top and edges, the main ingredients being cheddar, mac, milk and butter. I've tried to make this the way I remember and all the diced cheese melts. Maybe all I'm doing wrong is using too low a temp in the oven, but can someone PLEASE help???
