ISO: Olive Garden San Remo Seafood Dip

Misc.
Hi, I'm new to the site and to cooking, ha ha. My husband (we are newlyweds) loves the Olive Garden San Remo seafood dip. I thought I would suprise him with a special meal of his favorites one evening. Can anyone help me out with this recipe? Thanks a bunch! Angel
