ISO: Oozing chocolate cake?

I have had the most delicous chocolate cake and I don't know what it was called, so I can't find a recipe. It was served as an individual cake, but when I cut into with my fork, yummy chocolate thick liquid oozed out. Does anyone know what this is? Please help. I really would like to make it.
