ISO: Origin of Poona Rice recipe?

The place I got this recipe was on the back of a bottle of
Spice Islands Turmeric seasoning. The chicken stock called for was by the same company and was called Spice Islands Chicken Seasoned Stock Base. It was rich and creamy and thick. I have never found a good substitute. Now I can't find it in any of my stores.
Can anyone else???
