Jackie, you are so right...

At a "braai", the South African barbecue, there are always so many dishes - 3 or 4 meats, baked potato, potato salad, coleslaw, bread, a bean salad, and just keep on going! I think (hope) that's it's become a little healthier now. But, I do have some very fond memories of summer afternoons overeating!

I think I will be trying that recipe soon..
