ISO: papadeaux's seafood/crawfish fondue

Misc.
Went to Papadeaux's in Westmont last night and had a seafood fondue that was wonderful!! Cheese and shrimp, pieces of crawfish, mushrooms and spices. This was served with a crisy warm bread. Anyone got any ideas? Great for a special guest.
