ISO: Phil's Fish Market Strawberry Shortcake

I ate the most delicious Strawberry Shortcake at Phil's Fish Market in Moss Landing, CA 831- 633-2152. Is there anyone out there who is brave enough to ask for that recipe?
The cake is heavy but moist, resembles a cake not a biscuit. If the request is impossible to fill then does someone have a wonderful recipe that they would like to share with me?

I would appreciate it.
