ISO: Pineapple drop cookie

Hi. When I was a child my mom made delicious, pineapple cookies and I have lost the recipe. They were drop cookies with the pineapple placed in the center like a thumbprint cookie, not mixed into the dough. I have searched but all I find are drop cookies with the pineapple mixed in. Thank you.
