ISO: Pineapple/Mandarian Orange Salad

I am looking for a recipe that is like a jello-type salad that I ate at Shoney's. It is a light green color & the tastes I recognize in it are Marshmellows, Chunk Pineapple, Mandarian Oranges and Walnuts. I think it may have cottage cheese and cool whip. It also tastes as if it has 7-up or gingerale in it. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks!
