ISO: Plachinda
Misc.Plachinda according to most recipes found is a filled for lack of a better word "hot pocket". My grandmother now deceased used to fill a crust bread dough with boilded potatoes, pork and black pepper and bake the items. Her name for this was Plachinda...does anyone have a recipe for this or anything that sounds like it?
The main readon for asking is the dough I try and make nevers comes out right, either its to dry and brittle like pie dough or hard and dry like a badly burned crust. Thank you for any help you can provide.
