ISO: Pogotchie
Misc. Would anyone know of this pizza like pie that my father used to bring home from the Russian church bazaars when I was a little girl? It was called a (and I'll spell it phonetically) pogotchie? From what I can remember, is was very thin layers of dough (somewhat like phyllo) with cabbage, or potato or pot cheese incorporated in the layers. They were absolutely delicious! No one I know around here seems to know of them. If anyone knows what I'm talking about, please answer this request.
Thank you in advance.
