ISO: pork butt steaks: any ideas?

Misc.
I'm seeking more ways to cook them: they're much like a pork chop (have bones) & are 1 1/2 to 2X in size. I've cut up to do sweet/sour pork OR cooked as regular chops: but much longer. I've even changed a beef recipe to pork stroganoff OR done as a stir-fry item OR in thin strips for tacos: but am running out of ideas. Is a meat that seems to got often on sale/most economical: is about all that's left in my fridge's freezer compartment right now; other then 2 small packets of ground beef.
