So this will be an Easter Sunday dinner for us: we were getting tired of the tradtional ideas.

Sorry I didn't reply earlier: but have been running back & forth to work on extra shifts and visitng 2 relatives from out of town in the hospital these last few weeks. Finally on the mend (an auto accident/no fault of their own.)
