ISO: Pork Tenderloin

I'm looking for a tried & true pork tenderloin recipe to use for Christmas Eve. I have quite a few but want something festive. Ideally I'd like to make a basic tenderloin and then maybe have 2-3 different sauces or chutneys to serve with it. It will be the main staple amongst finger foods for around 30-40 people. Any other yummy ideas are welcomed too. Thanks!
