ISO: Portillo's Dressing

Randee- Would like this recipe myself. Portillo's had an off-shoot in our ice arena (gone now) called mikes almost famous. They offered same menu (son owned)
They got there dressing from a big plastic jug I watched one of my friend fill me a cup one day when I asked for extra. I was searching for the disributor but I gave up.
