ISO: Puerto Rican birthday (sheet) cakes made with Cream cheese

Misc.
Hello! This cake wasn't a pound cake, it was used as a sheet cake or round layer cake. The last time I had it was last year at my daughter end of the school year party. One of the mother's made it, she said the cake was easy to make. It was made with cream cheese and presto flour and she said you could use different extracts to flavor it. I have had different versions of this same cake at many birthday parties but no one ever has the recipe on hand. I am moving soon and I would love to be able to make this cake for our birthdays. Gladys, if you know anyone here in PR that makes birthday cakes please ask because here in Aguadilla many people make it. Thank you all for the help Jennifer
