ISO: Puerto Rican Style Potato Salad - Gladys

Misc.
This sounds really good, Gladys - very different with the apples and peas in it. Is this a standard recipe in P. R. for potato salad, or is it just a version of it, like in our country where everyone's recipes for potato salad, meatloaf, sphagetti sauce etc. are a bit different and to their individual family tastes.

Thanks for all your wonderful recipes.

Love to you, June
