ISO: Question about key lime pie and.........

french silk chocolate pie. I was wondering if anyone has a recipe for these dishes without using the raw eggs, or maybe knows a way of cooking the eggs until out of danger and then completing the recipe as usual. I hate to give up some family favorites, but I just don't feel safe using raw eggs anymore.
