Recipe(tried): Key Lime Recipe

If you have access to the brand of Key Lime juice called Nellie and Joe's - (or something close to that name) there is a recipe for classic Key Lime Pie - it's the best key lime pie, and it is baked for just a short time - approx. 7-9 minutes, I think. It's just the texture and flavor I like in a Key Lime Pie - there are quite a few variations for this pie, but this comes the closest to being my favorite.

I can't give you the exact recipe, but I know that I've seen their brand even up North on Cape Cod! I'm fresh out of a bottle - sorry 0

Can't help with the French Silk recipe, however. I can't see any way it could be baked successfully, even for a short time.
