ISO: Question for Linda Lou

Linda Lou - I'm interested in the peach and pineapple jam recipe. Do you drain the peach mixture after soaking? Why do you cut the orange into three pieces? I take it if the peel is to be removed it is left in fairly large pieces? Where can someone in Canada get a copy of this Ball Blue book? I do a lot of canning and have several books but don't recall even seeing this one. Thanks for your efforts.
