ISO: Question re: Kathleen's peach pie

What kind of pan did you use? I think the recipe said to use a "small pan." I tried it today in a pie plate and that didn't work. Needed about 6 crescent rolls to fill the bottom, which left me 2 for the top. I actually cut 2 into strips which worked OK - kind of a poor woman's lattice top.

Delicious pie, though -- I guess it should be called a tart. Did you use a 5-inch or 6-inch round pan or something else?
