ISO: Questions for Gina

Misc.
You have such talent for creating menus. I am constantly amazed. How do you orchestrate all of this? My biggest problem when planning a party is knowing what I can make ahead and getting all of it ready at the same time. How many days ahead do you start cooking for something like this? Do you have any help (I sure hope so!) What things will you make ahead and when? I am so in awe of you and your parties. I hope that the weather cooperates and your party is splendid.
