ISO: Quick Breads and Muffins

Misc.
I'm in need of a recipe or recipes for quick breads and muffins. I don't want to use boxed mixes. I'd like to make from scratch. This is for the Woman's Conference coming up at our church. We serve breakfast on Sat. Morning. I'm trying to find something really different, but not difficult. Thanks and God Bless
Please email me directly if you can...
