Good Afternoon. I read your posting carefully. I am sorry I do not know exactly what you are seeking. No matter, I can post for your benefit a recipe for the basic commercial cake mix. It does contain solid veg. shortening. Then you measure what you need & mix other ingredients depending if your recipe is for a yellow cake, choc. cake, or a white cake. If interested, post back & I will post my recipe to you perhaps in 2 installments starting tomorrow, it is rather long for my 1 finger typer. Good day my friend.
