There is a book you need to buy!!

It;s by the lead singer of the Three Degrees called Sheila Ferguson and the book is called Soul Food. This has every recipe in it that you could wish to find to do with the food of the South. And it's a fabulous history of her family too.

As soon as I've got time I'll post a few of her recipes on here for you...
