ISO: Recipe for jalapeno bread and butter pickles

When I lived in AZ we once bought pickles that were bread and butter pickles with jalapenos. They were delicious and I would love to make them this year. Does anyone have a similar recipe? Do you think that I could just add sliced jalapenos to my bread and butter pickle recipe? Thank you.
