ISO: Recipe using English Double Cream

I work in a wine shop that sells gourmet food too. What fun it is but the owner is telling me today that someone came in and need English Double Cream for a soup recipe and she ordered a case of it. She may not think to ask this person for the soup recipe, so does anyone have any recipes at all using this product?
