ISO: Recipes easy to swallow

My friend has cancer in her throat. I need to fix her food to help her gain weight. she will behaving 3 rounds of chemo then radiation daily. Then maybe they will be able to operate. Chemo starts 1/28, She 60 yrs old, about 5 ft tall and 110 lbs. after chemo during radiation they said it would hurt to swallow. also when she has surgery she will only be able to do liquid thru tube in her stomach. any suggestion on things i can fix would be greatly appreciated
