ISO: salad green dressing

I am searching for an old recipe that my grandmother used to make for salad greens. I remember it having lemon, eggs, pepper or poppy seeds in it...and it was cooked over the stove in a pan....but I am not sure what other ingredients were in it. She lived in PA and did a lot of PA Dutch cooking. Thank you
