we're having a barbeque this weekend with about 10 guests. People are bringing what they are grilling and I'm making appetizers, salads and dessert. I've already decided to make a pasta greek salad, and maybe a 7 layer bean dip for an appetizer. I need some ideas for another fun salad, that is on the easy side, and a really unique fun, light (hot weather this weekend) dessert. Can anyone help? Thanks.
