ISO: Salsa from Tuulum Mexico in Don Cafeto's

I've been trying to figure out a salsa I had in Mexico.
Had carrots, garlic, onion, serrano chiles, whole cinnamon, fresh Mexican oregano, allspice seeds, and an unidentifiable marinade of vinegar and some kind of oil. Any help would be appreciated
