ISO: Salsa Ingredients for J. Alexander's (need measurements)

I asked for the salsa recipe when I visited J.
Alexander's recently, I got the ingredients but not the measurements. If anyone figures this out, please let me know:

Oregano
Cilantro
Red Onion
Jalapenos
Radishes
Parsley
Dry Mustard
Salt
Black Pepper
Granulated Carlic
Cayenne Pepper
Green Pepper
Red Wine Vinegar
Pomace Olive Oil (I think, can't read the writing)
Cucumber
Tomato Filets (w/ juice)
Chili Sauce
