ISO: Sandwich Fillings or Other Easy Lunches?

Misc.

I guess I'm one of those people who gets easily bored with the same old sandwich
filling day in and day out.

So what I'm going to ask is, is there anyone out there with any really delicious
sandwiches? Or what are peoples favourites? Or alternatively does anyone have
any other easy 'packed-lunch' ideas?

Possibly one of my own favourites is ham and peaches on coleslaw and lettuce.

Oh yes, if you know of any words that are american and know the uk equivalent
that would be helpful (eg, cilantro = coriander; zucchini= courgette)

Hopefully I haven't annoyed anyone with what may be an old and tired thread ---
my apologises if so.

Thanks for your help though:-)
