ISO: Sausage, Chicken, and Dried Cranberry Casserole

I lost all of my cook books, clippings, etc, in Hurricane Katrina. I had a favorite for the holidays, but can't remember exactly how to do it. It called for calla bread, chicken breasts, hot sausage, dried cranberries, the holy trinity and chicken broth. It was published in the Sun Herald in the fall of 02 or 03, I think. I had all of my favorites on my computer, but that too, was a Katrina causality. Since everything was destroyed, i have moved to Alabama.
