ISO: secret for shelling hard-boiled eggs for deviled eggs

I've had a hard time the last few times I boiled eggs for makeing deviled eggs. I usually put them in cold water and wait till their cool to shell. But the shell has been awful to get off and I end up with only partial amount of egg white halfs to fill.
