I am unable to locate a Shanghainese dessert recipe on the Web.

It is a fragrant, sweet fermented rice dessert with sweet rice dough balls and rice wine, known as JIUNIANG, or another version with Osmanthus flowers is GUIHUA TIAN JIUNIANG.
