ISO: Shrimp-Tomato Aspic

This is a recipe that I have used MANY times over.

Shrimp Mousse

1&1/2lbs cooked & cleaned shrimp
1 can (101/2,oz.)condensed tomato soup
1 pk. (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 Tbls.(1 packet)unflavored gelatin
1 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green onions*
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice

* I sometimes substitute 1/4 cup of dried onion for the green onions.

Heat soup and cream cheese in the top of a double boiler until cream cheese melts. Cool slightly. Stir in gelatin, mix well, then add remain ingredients. Pour into a well greased mold. Refrigerate 8 hours, or overnight. Garnish the top with some greens and a couple of shrimp. Serve with favorite crackers.
