ISO: Silicone dipped light bulbs

Misc.
Been looking all over for directions on this! Had an addition to the family (new granddaughter) and wanted to make her a special light for her room. Does anyone know just HOW to dip those bulbs? I know that you have to use a night light bulb but what kind of silicone?
