ISO: Snow Rockets - I too have been looking for this recipe for a long time with no luck.

Misc.
Ruth,
I, too, grew up in Wake County Schools and have been looking for that recipe for years. The only thing I have found even remotely close is the recipe for mexican wedding cookies, but you roll them in a rocket shape instead of a ball. If you find the "original recipe", please share it with us. My kids would love them!!
