Tracy, thanks for replying. I am also looking for the recipe for the chewy Peanut Butter-Oatmeal Bars with chocolate icing on top they used to serve at school. Do you remember those? I just remember taking extra money to school on the days when they would have tose and the the snow rockets on menu.
