ISO: SPAGHETTI SAUCE

I am very new at canning. I want to can my spaghetti sauce. All the recipes I can find for canning spaghetti sauce call for fresh tomatoes. I want to use store bought canned tomatoes but am concerned about safety when altering recipes. Can anyone help? I tried the foodsafety.org website but it wasn't coming up for some reason. Thanks!
